FARGO, ND (iNewZ.TV) The trial for Jody Sherry-Berg of Bemidji was scheduled to begin in Fargo federal court today. It’s been cancelled as an apparent agreement is being worked out to settle the case. Berg allegedly groped an airline attendant during a Las Vega to Grand Forks flight last January.
