FORT TOTTEN, ND (iNewZ.TV) A charge of 2nd Degree Murder has now been filed in federal court against Kolby McKay of Fort Totten, North Dakota. Earlier, Assault charges were filed against him. It’s not clear whether the earlier charges are tied to this recent charge. Federal dolcuments are still sealed.
