WAUBUN, MN (iNewZ.TV) A Lengby, Minnesota woman was seriously injured after being struck by a hit and run SUV in Waubun Sunday night. The driver of the SUV, 35-year old Spence Bilden of Grand Rapids, Minnesota is facing charges.
