EAST GRAND FORKS, MN (iNewZ.TV) Rachel Boswell of Grand Forks has been sentenced to 7 years in prison for selling the fentanyl to an East Grand Forks woman that caused her death. The case against a second suspect in the case, Megan Thorsen of Bemidji is still pending.
