MANDAN, ND (iNewZ.TV) North Dakota Superintendent of Education, Kirsten Baesler was arrested Wednesday night in Mandan on a charge of Driving Under the Influence. A Sargeant at the Burleight-Morton County Jail tells iNewZ she was processed at the facility and then released.
