FARGO, ND (iNewZ.TV) Fargo Commissioners voted down a proposal by Commissioner Michelle Turnberg tonight that would have included giving homeless people a bus ticket home. Commissioners say they have been working on a detailed solution to the problem and will present their findings on December 23rd.
