BEMIDJI, MN (iNewZ.TV) A formal charge of 2nd Degree Murder has been filed against 20-year old Antonio Parkhurst of Bemidji in the Monday night shooting death of Lupe Rosillo. We has details of the shooting from the criminal complaint.
Parkhurst made his first appearance in court on this Friday. Bail was set at $200,000 without conditions or $100,000 with conditions.
