HINES, MN (iNewZ.TV) A man and woman from rural Hines, Minnesota have each been charged with 10 felony counts of Mistreat Animals-Torture. Douglas Erickson and Debra Marshall have been charged, after 170 cats went missing and a large ash pile with bones, along with filthy conditions for surviving animals were found on their property.
