FOSSTON, MN (iNewZ.TV) Charges against Scott Heydel of Oklee, Minnesota that he punched his child in the face have been dismissed. A further investigation found it never happened and an accusation by his ex-wife was withdrawn. He’s been cleared of any wrongdoing.
