BISMARCK, ND (iNewZ.TV) The North Dakota House of Representative has passed HB 3013 by a vote of 52-40. It’s a resolution urging the Supreme Court to revoke the same sex marriage law. Representative Austin Foss of Fargo says it amounts to North Dakota putting up a not welcome sign for gay people.
